This is an operational-product role focused on efficiently managing and maintaining all of our digital assets
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Jira, sprints, and coordinating between business and development teams
Writing tasks based on specs for existing and new processes
Hands-on operation of systems and integrations
Managing system integrations and improving internal workflows
Troubleshooting, implementing improvements, and maintaining the digital work environment

Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude and experience working with multiple systems ( CRM, apps, admin panels, etc.)
Experience with Jira, sprint planning, integrations, and automations
Logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and high-level spec writing
Product mindset understanding users, User Experience, and business processes
