our company empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content. Since launching, we have experienced rapid growth and are trusted by customers such as Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia.
We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our Organic Search team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Youll be one of the main stakeholders of our organic search strategy, growing our companys revenue and visibility in Search Engines, AI Search and LLMs.
What youll do:
Monitor and analyze our companys and its competitors organic performance to improve and build SEO campaigns
Perform keyword research, trends and audience analysis using various sources and across different organic channels
Build, manage, and execute the SEO roadmap
Use automation and AI responsibly to increase efficiency and results
Fix technical issues and improve the domains site health in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Create and manage high-impact content strategies
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create content that achieves its goals
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to increase our companys authority, earn links and mentions.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a commercial environment
Expertise in technical SEO, SEO strategy, content strategy, or digital PR
Proven success in driving revenue and traffic through organic channels
Strong data-driven and experimentation mindset with advanced SEO tool proficiency
Excellent project and resource management skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in the SaaS and/or the audio/video/media industry
Experience with Webflow.
