We are looking for an ambitious Technical Assistant for COO that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment and is eager to contribute to our groundbreaking advancements.
What your job will look like:
Act as a key support partner to the COO, helping drive execution across operational and technical domains
Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery
Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes
Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps
Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications
Manage and maintain the COO's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications)
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions
Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preference for a technical field, but open to others based on experience
5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structured
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence
Strong problem-solving capabilities and business awareness
Self-driven, proactive, and a fast learner
Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal.
