We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join us.
In this role, you will drive the execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that bring our Product Group vision to life.
We push boundaries, and were looking for TPMs who can do the same.
What will your job look like:
Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
Communicate and build rapport with senior executive's technical and non-technical team members.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.

Requirements:
Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/ Relevant Engineering degree.
+5 years Experience in project management with highly technical background
Experience in customer facing technical project / program management.
Excellent communication, organizational and management skills.
Vehicle industry experience advantage.
Fluent English and Hebrew.
