We are seeking an IT Lab Administrator to support advanced Linux and Windows computing services in our laboratories located in Jerusalem and on-premises.
This role involves managing and maintaining critical IT lab infrastructure while working closely with various IT teams, lab owners, and customers.
What will your job look like?
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual Linux servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve Linux server issues.
Support staff with software, permissions, and hardware-related problems.
Analyze and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues.
Collaborate with Networking, Storage, Systems, and Information Security teams for advanced troubleshooting.
Install and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, including peripherals.
Validate technical purchase requests for hardware and software.
Participate in additional duties and IT projects as assigned by the manager.

Familiarity with tools like Ansible, Docker, Zabbix, and ELK.
Experience with PXE booting, DHCP, image creation, and hardware testing (PCs and NUCs).
Proficiency in Linux virtualization technologies.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Experience with server, GPU, and data center environments (advantageous).
Relevant certifications (advantageous).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Assertive, curious, and persistent mindset.
Customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in English.
