Growth Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager *(Maternity Leave Replacement )* to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth across email, LinkedIn, and Meta. You'll develop campaign ideas, launch them quickly, analyze the results, and decide what to optimize, scale, or stop. What will you do:

Own our email marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, automation, messaging, and performance.
Lead CRO and experimentation by planning and running A/B tests across key funnel touchpoints and turning insights into action.
Manage LinkedIn campaigns from targeting and creative through optimization and reporting.
Manage our Meta agency, set campaign goals, review performance, and ensure results.
Develop campaign concepts and work closely with Design, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to bring them to life.
Generate, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives while tracking key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
Use AI tools to improve campaign execution, analysis, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.
Share performance insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, including email marketing and paid social (LinkedIn and Meta) – a must.
Proven experience leading CRO and experimentation programs, including designing tests and analyzing results – a must.
Experience managing external agencies and performance-driven partnerships.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, make decisions, and move quickly.
A creative approach to developing new campaign ideas and testing different angles.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach – a must.
High level of English – a must.
Experience with GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with CRO tools such as VWO or Optimizely – an advantage.
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
