Were looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in Tel Aviv. In this high-impact role, youll play a key part in our purchasing processes, helping teams across the organization to evaluate, negotiate, implement and manage vendor contracts.
Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and our global vendor community. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dynamic environment and contribute directly to our procurement strategy, all while working with one of the most professional teams in the ecosystem.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage a variety of procurement activities across IL, US, EMEA and AUS.
Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize costs while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
Generate savings and develop cost-reduction strategies across multiple categories, ranging from marketing and software to facilities and employee wellbeing.
Review and manage vendor contracts, proposals and renewals.
Provide procurement guidance, tools and best practices to business teams, ensuring value, efficiency and compliance.
Track, monitor and report on procurement KPIs, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a global, tech-focused indirect procurement role.
Strong negotiation, contract management and vendor management skills.
A strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Team player with a positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
Experience with NetSuite and Zip a plus.
