Were seeking a proactive Global Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales team.

In this role, youll turn data into insights, streamline processes, and help drive business growth.

What Youll Do

Be the data Champion: manage and update sales and order data.
Deliver Insights That Matter: create and deliver key sales reports and dashboards analyze sales trends and customer behavior.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Support the analysis of sales trends, order fulfillment, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize customer service processes, systems, and tools across all regions.
Be a Knowledge Resource: Maintain clear documentation and training materials to ensure best practices in reporting and analysis.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For?

Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience in sales operations or business analysis
Advanced Excel skills: experience with ERP systems, salesforce, or Power BI is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player with a passion for process improvement
