About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic professional who doesn't just communicate, but connects. As our Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll be the critical link between our vital work and the supporters who make our activities possible. Your words and presence will bring our vision of a shared, equitable society to life.
Craft Inspiring Narratives: Design persuasive proposals and impact reports that don't just inform, but emotionally engage donors and stakeholders
Lead Transformative Donor Experiences: Curate and conduct site visits that provide direct, powerful insights into our organization's work
Amplify Organizational Impact: Document and frame our achievements through multimedia storytelling that highlights real, tangible change
Collaborate Seamlessly: Serve as a respected team member who bridges diverse perspectives with empathy, professionalism, and proactive communication
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication: The ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity,
English mother tongue, Hebrew/Arabic skills are an enormous advantage.
Quick thinking, continuous learning, and a genuine openness to feedback and growth,Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
