The Position
As our MSL Lead you will be responsible for guiding and developing the MSL team to effectively execute the field medical affairs strategy initiatives, ensure alignment with commercial objectives, and enhance scientific partnership with healthcare professionals. You will be reporting directly to Head of Medical Affairs.
Additionally, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop the MSL team to ensure strong performance, professional growth, and alignment with company goals.
Oversee and ensure adherence to standardized MSL processes and compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute medical education initiatives that strengthen scientific understanding among healthcare professionals.
Develop and manage ongoing training programs to support continuous learning and promote a high-performance team culture.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent management and coaching skills, combined with Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in a challenging environment.
You should also have:
One of these advanced degrees: MD\PHD\DVM\Pharm D\DMD.
At least 3 years in medical departments in pharma, medical devices or biotechnology industry.
At least 2 years out of your industry experience are as MSL.
Proven experience in team leadership.
Passion for working in the field and building strong relationships.
Fluency in Hebrew and English- verbal and written.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent management and coaching skills, combined with Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in a challenging environment.
