A global medical device company is currently looking for a highly motivated junior controller to join our finance team. Ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience, develop and grow into more senior roles over time.

Responsibilities:

- Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of general ledger data
- Managing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process
- Support financial processes for international subsidiaries, with flexibility to engage across different time zones when needed
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- On-going collaboration with the company's external auditors- support external audits, including preparation of audit materials and documentation for compliance purposes
- AD-HOC accounting related projects and tasks
- Tax- compliance with local and foreign reporting requirements and preparation of yearly tax reports
- Having a key role in building the companys annual budget

Requirements:
- A CPA with a bachelors degree in accounting/economics - Must
- 1-2 years of experience after internship in one of the Big4- Must; Specializing in the High-Tech industry- Advantage
- Experience as a Controller Assistant- Advantage
- High level of commitment, with the flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge in Excel - Must
- Knowledge in Priority/ERP- Advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Skills - Independent, details oriented, multi-tasking ability, team player, strong supervisory and analytical skills
