Product Manager, Consumer EV Charging

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our new consumer wireless EV charging solution. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company at the forefront of the EV revolution. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product development plan for our B2C offering in collaboration with the engineering teams as well as marketing, strategy, field operations, and executive management. This is an end to end ownership, including hardware, embedded software, mobile and cloud.

Your responsibilities will include:
Product Roadmap: Define the product roadmap based on the vision & strategy, and create a trackable plan of deliverables towards a complete consumer EV charging solution.
Product Requirements & Specifications: Analyze the consumer charging markets, map customer pain points, gather and prioritize product requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and create user stories for the development team.
Product Development & Launch: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, integration, NPI, and marketing to develop, test, and launch the product.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the consumer EV charging landscape, identify target audiences, and analyze competitive offerings.
Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, progress in development plan, and market trends to stakeholders across the organization.
