we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tactical Buyer Student to join our Supply Chain team in Kiryat Gat.
This position is ideal for students in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management who are passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Support tactical buying activities and procurement operations.
Assist in managing purchase orders from issuance to delivery:
Sending POs to suppliers.
Tracking shipment and updating PO status in the system.
Handling invoice discrepancies and coordinating payments.
Update and maintain procurement data and supplier information in the ERP system.
Take part in improving procurement processes and workflows.
Assist in drafting and maintaining procurement procedures and documentation.
Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Provide ongoing support to the procurement team with various administrative and analytical tasks.

Requirements:
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with at least one year 3 semesters remaining until graduation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Team player with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
Previous experience in procurement or supply chain an advantage.
High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Oracle ERP an advantage.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with at least one year 3 semesters remaining until graduation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
