The leading and largest professional services firm in the world, is looking for a Manager for our ESG practice to join our ESG consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in managing teams, and projects and consulting for companies and organizations, who are seeking a new challenge in the ESG field.
Our practice specializes in providing consulting services to leading organizations, helping them integrate environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) issues into their business and operational models. This includes the preparation of strategy and policy plans, management of risk surveys, regulatory preparation, and reporting. The work involves innovative and complex projects in collaboration with top-tier private, public, and governmental companies in Israel and around the world.
What You Will Do:
Integrate into the general consulting activities of the practice, including managing and executing complex projects. This involves working with clients and multiple interfaces in a global environment, focusing on environmental (including climate), social, governance consulting, compliance to social and environmental regulations worldwide. Responsibilities include managing clients needs and expectations, professional knowledge management, project planning, monitoring performance progress, task allocation among team members, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
Lead sustainability professional knowledge and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team .
Become a part of the ESG Practice management team.
Work full-time in a hybrid model from home and the company's offices in Tel Aviv.

Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution is mandatory. Degrees in relevant fields such as law, management, industrial engineering and management, accounting, and economics Advantage.
4+ years of experience in consulting for organizations, such as strategic consulting or risk management, with a strong familiarity in managing processes and projects. Experience in ESG or similar fields is an advantage.
Proven experience in managing teams is mandatory.
Native-level English proficiency is mandatory.
Conversational Hebrew proficiency is mandatory.
Expertise in data analysis and management. Is an advantage.
Experience in content writing is an advantage.
