This leadership role will be responsible for driving software strategy, architecture, and delivery across multiple high-impact projects. You will collaborate closely with product, hardware, and executive teams to scale technical solutions that power our most critical systems. In the early stages, you will be deeply involved in hands-on development. As our organization grows, you will recruit and lead a software-engineering team, driving innovation in our cutting-edge sensing technologies.

7+ years of experience in Full-Stack software development, with a strong emphasis on Embedded systems, Real-Time processing, and security.
Proven experience building and scaling complex, mission-critical systems.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldor equivalent hands-on experience.
Proficient in C, C ++, Python, and shell scripting.
Proven experience with system integration and the delivery of large, complex, multi-platform projects.
Practical experience with Real-Time data acquisition systems and hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, and UART.
Familiarity with high-performance messaging and processing pipelines (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and ZeroMQ) for reliable, low-latency communication.
Deep understanding of operating system internals.
Requirements
