We are seeking an exceptional Head of AI to lead our innovative AI group in developing AI-driven insights and generative AI chat applications.
In this role, you will manage a team of AI experts and Software Engineers, driving transformative projects using advanced generative AI technologies and conducting cutting-edge machine learning research. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a solid background in developing impactful AI solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Your Day-to-Day
Design and develop an autonomous banker (AI agent) using Python and Generative AI frameworks.
Implement and maintain scalable microservices architectures for AI applications.
Develop and optimize prompts and models for various AI use cases.

Your Day-to-Day

Requirements:
Proven experience with Generative AI models, including software libraries and frameworks.
Strong prompt engineering and optimization skills.
3+ years of experience in software development (preferably with Python).
Experience with evaluation testing.
Knowledge of AI agent architectures, RAG, Judge models, and related technologies.
Experience in data science, including deep learning and classical models.
NLP experience.
Machine learning engineering expertise.
Passion for staying up to date with Generative AI advancements.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in the financial sector or fintech-related AI applications.
Proven experience with Generative AI models, including software libraries and frameworks.
