Legal Counsel

We are looking for an Legal Counsel to join our legal team. You will support all aspects of the companys legal needs. You will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do:
Provide legal support across a variety of domains, including corporate, commercial contracts, labor law, and privacy/GDPR compliance.
Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, customer agreements, vendor and consultant agreements, employment agreements, and more.
Advise on privacy and data protection matters and ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
Liaise with regulators and external counsel as needed.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional teams.
