What Will You Do?
Act as a technical lead for the Qodo Gen IDE plugin product, providing direction and guidance for front-end development projects
Architect and deliver state-of-the-art user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams
End-to-end contribution to each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation and release
Champion technical excellence by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices
Influence and shape the products vision and strategy by bringing in innovative ideas and technical expertise
Stay ahead of front-end trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
What Will You Do?

7+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, including React (or similar frameworks) with a deep understanding of state management, component lifecycles, and hooks
Proven expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of web application architecture
A track record of successfully leading technical projects or teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and inspire team members
Bonus Points For:
Experience in building IDE extensions or similar tools.
Working knowledge of Kotlin.
Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms.
