Were looking for a Technical Writer to join the Product team and spread the power.

WHAT YOULL DO
Work hand-in-glove with Product Managers, Customer Success, and others to keep the existing set of written documentation aligned with the product, in terms of both functionality and appearance.
Contribute to weekly and ad-hoc release notes posts, product newsletters, and other customer communications.
Collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and technical trainers to ensure that both recorded and live training is accurate and up to date.
Help frontend developers and product managers refine in-app microcopy.

At least three years of experience in a technical writing role.
Some sort of technical background, be it educational (a STEM degree) or professional (development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, etc.).
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Mother-tongue level English and fantastic written communication skills.
BONUS:
Experience in security, cloud, and/or SaaS.
Experience in a docs-as-code environment.
