Were hiring a hands-on AI & data Science Specialist to join the innovation arm of a leading financial institution in Israel.
This role is all about building smart, AI-driven solutions to improve business processes, boost efficiency, and uncover insights within complex financial operations.

Responsibilities
Integrate and customize AI/ML tools to analyze both structured and unstructured data.
building document summarizers, chatbots and anomaly detection systems.
Fine-tuning LLMs using prompt engineering or RAG, connecting AI tools to internal databases and APIs.
Ensuring compatibility with AWS and automation workflows and working with DevOps on deployment and monitoring.
Developing POCs and scaling them to production.

Requirements:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline
2-5 years of experience in applied AI/ML or AI solution integration.
Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) and LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace).
Experience with AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Lambda).
Experience working with structured + unstructured data
Strong business orientation and communication skills
Native-level Hebrew, strong English
