About the position:

The IT Manager at Redefine Meat will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our global information technology systems. This position is essential for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on cybersecurity, ERP system, applications, and infrastructure across our expanding international footprint.

This is a very hands-on role. You will do much of the work, while also directing a small team to help execute the IT strategy and business OKRs.

Your challenge:

ERP Systems Management:

Manage the optimization of ERP systems to streamline business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize ERP solutions, integrating them with other business applications for seamless data flow (e.g., production, supply chain, finance, and sales processes).

Cybersecurity Leadership:

Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data, intellectual property, and customer information.
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, complying with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, such as firewalls, encryption, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.

Applications Development and Management:

Oversee the deployment of business-critical applications, such as production planning tools, supply chain management systems, and CRM platforms.
Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies for business insights.

Infrastructure Oversight:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation, system integration, infrastructure scalability, and IT service desk enhancements, to support a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.

Global Operations Support:

Collaborate with regional teams to standardize processes, tools, and systems across international offices and production facilities.
Provide technical guidance and support for global IT projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT organization.

Develop and manage the global IT budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs while ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable IT services.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (6+ years) in senior IT leadership roles, specializing in cybersecurity, ERP systems, applications development, and global infrastructure management.
Expertise in designing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, with knowledge of industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and cybersecurity frameworks.
Extensive experience in managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), including implementation, customization, and integration with other business applications.
Strong background in applications development.
Deep understanding of global IT infrastructure, networking, and storage solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different cultures and time zones.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence through IT initiatives.
