Senior Systems Automation Engineer (MIS Team)

We're looking for a Senior Information Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and automation of our enterprise IT systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building smart, secure, and scalable business solutions across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Marketo.
Youll own end-to-end execution of system automations, process improvements, and technical integrationsbringing together the needs of GTM, Finance, CS, and Security teams.
Youll work hands-on with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and no/low-code platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) to drive efficiency, security, and business alignment.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems
Automate workflows using low/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Manage and maintain SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, JumpCloud and other internal key business systems)
Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
Monitor performance and drive system improvements
Collaborate with system and data architects on scalable solutions
Explore and implement AI tools to enhance IT automation and support
