As we establish our core development team in Israel, we are in search of a seasoned Backend Developer to produce scalable FinTech software solutions. As a senior developer, it is hard to overstate the impact youll have on our product and company trajectory.
What you will do:
Collaborate with product managers and other software engineers to build groundbreaking user-centric products that change peoples lives.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Implement new features and user interfaces, keeping mobile-first always on top of your mind.
Provide tech guidance to other team members.
Help the team succeed as a whole.
Have a chance to influence the architecture and design of the product.
Take part in architectural decisions and discussions.
Solve complex problems, create object models, define APIs, build web services, and more.
Work directly with others (engineers and other internal stakeholders) to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed.

7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development Must
3+ years of production experience with Node.js Must
Experience with TypeScript Advantage
Strong understanding of user experience principles and product thinking
Proven track record in designing and implementing testing platforms, including unit and integration tests
Solid experience in data modeling and schema design, particularly with PostgreSQL
Proficiency in deploying services using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS
Proven record of leading development projects and driving them to completion
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
