Senior General Counsel

We are looking for a highly qualified General Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business.
The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure.
As a General Counsel, you will have an immediate impact in a variety of fields ranging from clients through partners to global deals.

Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (Commercial agreements, Privacy matters, labor law, corporate governance etc.)
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (external counsel, vendors, potential customers etc.).
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights ( including employment agreements/amendments to employment agreements, ESOP grant letters, agreements with customers, NDAs, etc)
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
Manage all international legal aspects with the external legal firms of our subsidiaries
Manage a legal team of 12 in-house counsels
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
Creating processes and procedures to help support a rapidly growing, global business.
