As a Software Architect, youll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the design and strategy to ensure our platform is well architected, performs at its peak, scalable, secure, and aligned with our business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to promote widespread adoption of the platform. Youll also be part of a team of skilled software architects with vast knowledge in AI and SaaS. What will your job look like?
Construct and drive the architectural platform solutions of the amAIz GenAI platform.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and GenAI to ensure the platform remains at the cutting edge.
Collaborate with Product Management to align the architecture with business requirements and strategic objectives.
Partner with the development organization to ensure seamless execution of architectural solutions and alignment on implementation plans.
Develop and maintain a robust, scalable, secure, protected, and high-performance suite of SaaS services.
Ensure the architecture adheres to best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
Oversee the selection and integration of new technologies and frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team of engineers.
Conduct regular architectural reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the architecture can adapt to evolving requirements.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Architect or in a comparable role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their integration into software products.
Expertise in building software solution that leverage LLMs as part of their workflows, such as customer support, Q&A.
Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps advantage
Business knowledge in the Telecommunication industry and software- advantage
Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and a strong background in microservices architecture.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies - advantage
Proven problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the talent to influence and motivate teams.
Familiarity with security best practices, as well as responsible AI and compliance standards.
Credentials
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A degree in data AI / data science an advantage.
