our company is currently seeking applicants for a Team Leader-Air conditioning and Maintenance. In this position, you will be responsible to maintain and operate plant infrastructure systems such as cooling systems, air conditioners, chillers, air-compressors, driers, blowers, water lines, fire system, etc.
What you will be doing:
To support and maintain air conditioning and infrastructure equipment and systems as part of plant infrastructure.
To lead technicians small team
To support and operate infrastructure systems such as cooling systems, air conditioners, chillers, air-compressors, driers, blowers, water, Fire system, etc.
To maintain, monitor and troubleshoot system.
To maintain accurate records of work performed
Supervision of contractors' work and billing approval
To ensure compliance with safety standards.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems and equipment (chillers, air-compressors, cooling towers, pumps blowers, pipeline, etc.)
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
Working in day shifts.
