Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. You will collaborate closely with the R&D teams and hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.

This is a remote position from within Israel.
Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for technical roles.

Screening Candidates: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our opportunities and attract top talent.

Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.

Maintain and update the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Help with HR operations: onboarding tasks, scheduling meetings, equipment orders and events in Israel.
