As a Supervisor for the Campus Cleaning Team, you'll lead and oversee a team of approximately 30 employees focusing on maintaining the campus in a high-quality and presentable condition.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead one of the campus cleaning teams, including supervising the cleaning and maintenance of facilities
Enhance the cleaning team's capabilities and ensure high-quality cleaning services across all areas of the campus
Supervise and adapt work plans to maintain high standards and service levels
Manage and lead the cleaning team in their daily activities
Recruit skilled team members, implement organized work plans, and ensure execution
Continuously improve the employee experience and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Deep knowledge and experience in maintenance and cleaning operations
Proficiency in Russian, Hebrew, and English with good communication skills
Decent computer skills, including budgeting and office software
Great interpersonal skills, energetic, and capable of managing a team
Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, and professional appearance
Quick learner with creative problem-solving skills
Patient team player who leads by example and is skilled at building strong working relationships.
