As a Platform Tech Lead, you will take ownership of the core infrastructure and architecture of our platform, lead technical design, and drive engineering excellence. Youll be hands-on with the code while also mentoring other engineers and setting the standard for high-quality, scalable development.
Your responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of the core platform architecture
Own key infrastructure components, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Establish best practices for code, architecture, testing, and CI/CD
Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to support platform growth
Guide and mentor engineers on technical challenges and growth

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architecture (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, microservices)
Hands-on experience with backend development (Go preferred, Python, Java or C#)
Strong infrastructure knowledge experience with AWS/GCP, IaC (Terraform/CDK), observability, and security
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Passion for clean architecture, developer experience, and scalable systems
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
