As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of experienced DevOps Engineers who are responsible for all DevOps aspects in the company: Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Observability, DataOps, SecOps and cost management
Collaborate with other R&D teams on mutual projects
Architect, build and automate cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
Manage and monitor multiple, diverse environments at a large scale
Maintain our CI/CD tooling and improve automation
Implement SecOps best practices in all infrastructure and processes
Design and maintain data infrastructure (SQL and NoSQL) fit for scale
Integrate visibility and alerting capabilities into infrastructure and processes

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead
At least 5 years of work experience as a DevOps in a large-scale software development environment
Excellent collaboration skills with R&D teams and stakeholders
Proven experience of managing cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) using automated tools (such as Terraform, Ansible)
A good understanding of networking concepts (experience with hybrid-cloud setups is a plus)
Experience triaging and solving complex production infrastructure issues
Experience implementing SecOps projects and tools (in fields such as Cloud security, compliance certification, Zero trust etc.)
Hands-on experience with docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
Proven experience with scripting languages
Solid understanding of Linux systems
Experience in managing SQL and\or NoSQL databases is a plus
