Were growing, and were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our APIs and integrationsa core pillar of how customers connect us into their tech stack and drive value fast.
This is a high-impact role for a PM who is technical, customer obsessed, and thrives on delivering real business outcomes.
About the Role:
Youll own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and native integrations. Youll work closely with customers, engineering, design, sales, and partners to drive adoption, improve time-to-value, and make us the easiest platform to integrate with.
Youll shape how customers extend, embed, and orchestrate uswhether theyre plugging into a CRM, triggering workflows via iPaaS, or embedding our forms in external systems. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.
What Youll Do:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for APIs and integrations.
Talk to customers and partners to understand integration needs and developer pain points.
Analyze feedback, usage data, and input from Sales, CS, and Support to inform decisions.
Define KPIs and measure success around adoption, usage, and time-to-value.
Write clear specs, manage the backlog, and prioritize ruthlessly.
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions, fast.
Partner with GTM teams to support launch, adoption, and developer enablement.
Serve as the go-to expert on our extensibilityinternally and externally.
