We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the company procurement, ensure cost-effective purchasing across all departments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement processes with business goals, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities
Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and specifications.
