Talent Acquisition Partner

Were looking for a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead tech recruitment for our Tel Aviv office. In this role, youll own the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of technical roles, helping us scale high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Youll partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
This is an on-site role requiring presence at office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) to find qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the companys hiring strategy.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain compliance with internal processes and data privacy regulations.
Drive employer branding efforts through social media, community engagement, internal ambassadors and others.
