Were seeking a hands-on creative to produce animated ads and performance-driven video content
You'll collaborate with the Creative Content Director and help manage editors, illustrators and animators to craft engaging UA campaigns and social ads that captivate global audiences. This role is perfect for someone whos equal parts artist, storyteller, and communicative problem-solver.
Responsibilities
Design, animate, and edit compelling UA and social video ads
Conceptualize and storyboard with the creative team
Help manage video projects across freelancers and vendors
Own tasks from A to Z - from ideation to final export
Track performance, iterate creatively, and deliver polished final assets
Communicate clearly through written briefs and quick sketches

UA and marketing teams for alignment and testing
Freelancers and post-production partners

5+ years in motion design (2+ in the gaming industry)
Strong project management and communication skills
English proficiency - both written and verbal - a must
Strong portfolio of UA or marketing videos
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Capcut (Illustrator/Spine/Blender a plus)
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to creative feedback and multi-tasks easily.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
