Requirements:
Technical Expertise in data Centers & Cooling Solutions: Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with server cooling technologies, IT rack layouts, and power distribution. Experience with server hardware, cooling efficiency evaluation (PUE), and energy consumption analysis. Customer-Facing Skills & Project Management: Strong customer success mindset and ability to work directly with end-users and partners. Excellent communication skills to train, educate, and support partner teams. Ability to lead solution designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Requirements: Fluent in English (written & spoken). Additional European languages are an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and independent, able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time) with short notice.
