Treasurer

Nayax is looking for a Treasurer to join our Finance team.

This position is going to report to the Sr. Director of Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimal fund allocation.
Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure, interest rates, and financial risks.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards.
Support financial planning by providing insights on cash forecasts and investment strategies.
Analyze and optimize working capital management, including receivables and payables.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and leadership teams to align treasury activities with business goals.
Leverage technology and automation to improve treasury operations and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial instruments, and banking operations.
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
Experience in managing FX exposure, liquidity planning, and debt management is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
