We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Front-End Software Engineer to join the Core FE Infrastructure team at CXone, our flagship cloud product. As the Lead Front End Engineer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our industry-leading product, working with cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing features, all while leading a talented group of engineers to success.
How will you make an impact?
Develop cutting-edge user-facing features using Angular, ensuring a seamless and dynamic user experience.
Lead the design and implementation of reusable components, optimizing front-end libraries for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product vision and goals, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring the team operates efficiently within Agile methodologies.
Manage dependencies with external teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolutions and smooth project execution.
Drive a collaborative and innovative team culture, empowering ownership and creativity in product development.
Remove blockers by identifying key stakeholders and facilitating solutions to impediments, ensuring project continuity.
Ensure that software design, implementation, and testing adhere to high standards, including security, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Team Lead, or Tech Lead in a global R&D organization, managing complex projects.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong skills in working with RESTful APIs and version control tools like Git.
Expertise in optimizing front-end performance and implementing best practices for scalable and maintainable code.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
A deep understanding of user-centered design and a commitment to creating accessible, high-performance web applications.
Strong design and coding skills
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Experience with modern front-end frameworks beyond Angular (e.g., React, Vue).
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Team Lead, or Tech Lead in a global R&D organization, managing complex projects.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery.
