What will you be responsible for?
Solving complex business problems using ML and data-driven techniques, using a wide range of both classic and relevant SOTA algorithms and technologies, especially Recommender Systems challenges with high volumes of data. You'll be our Recommender Systems expert.
Working against business stakeholders to identify, well-define, and prioritize business problems to be solved through DS\ML pipelines.
Developing data-driven recommendation systems that directly increase user engagement, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Defining success criteria for each goal, building and owning the monitoring flow and maintenance plan for each solution.
Collaborating closely with a cross-functional Data Science team consisting of ML engineers, product managers, and data engineers.
Continuously self-learning, growing professionally, and mentoring younger team members.
