Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support XM Cyber’s ongoing growth This is a temporary position until the end of Nov 2025. We are looking for a people person with a strong passion for recruitment and amazing interpersonal skills. What You'll Do:
* Manage hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing and , screening.
* CVs, conducting phone/ in-person interviews, and analytics.
*  Improve recruitment channels by using innovative sourcing techniques
* Build a hiring strategy for each new opening, focusing on hiring to scale using diverse and Creative techniques to attract the best potential talent.
*  Collaborate with hiring managers to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
* Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the candidate experience.
