Were looking for a talented Financial Controller who is a true team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small finance team in Israel.
Quarterly reporting to the parent company (IFRS).
Cash flow Management
Monthly reporting to management
Budget monitoring Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
Reporting to the CEO of the company.
Manage relationships and communication with external auditors.

Requirements:
CPA with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm*
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards*
Experience with leading a team. An Advantage*
Analytical abilities, understanding of revenue recognition principles, knowledge of finance,
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets*
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and great communication skills*
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks*
Fluent in English- written and spoken*
