we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity team lead for a significant and challenging role, tailored for professionals with deep knowledge and experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and leading the cybersecurity team, including professional mentoring and personal development of team members
* Leading risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability mitigation processes
* Overseeing the operation of EDR, NAC, WAF, Proxy, content filtering, and email security systems
* Managing and maintaining firewall systems and additional communication infrastructure
* Securing cloud environments and Microsoft 365, including OS and application protection
* Deploying and upgrading cybersecurity solutions in complex environments The role includes a combination of hands-on technical work and managerial responsibilities.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading cybersecurity/infrastructure teams
* Ability to implement security policies and procedures
* Extensive experience with network equipment switches, routers, firewalls preference for CCNA, CCSA certifications
* Strong knowledge of WAF, DLP, VPN, Proxy, EDR technologies
* Significant experience working with Windows/ Linux servers
* Familiarity with security risk management and information security standards Security clearance a major advantage
* At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading cybersecurity/infrastructure teams
* Ability to implement security policies and procedures
