Join Our HR Team as Technical Recruiter at our company!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and follow up on feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (possible from agency).
Strong understanding of technology roles and the tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
