we are a global leader in hybrid cloud security. our company brings a new approach that uses the attackers perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The company's platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.
As a backend team lead at our company you'll play a major role developing a high scale multi-tenant product based on microservices and event-driven architecture, top notch frameworks and tools, running on kubernetes and in the cloud. Your role will include:
Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our high scale, multi tenant backend
Plan projects and prioritize tasks in order deliver new features on time
Mentor junior developers on how to build great systems and progress with their careers.
Work closely with various teams across the organization to find the optimal solutions to the most complex challenges
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code according to best practices.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in backend development
2+ years of experience in team leadership
Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures
Experience using Kafka/equivalent message broker in high scale
Experience with Node.js, Java or other JVM based language - Advantage
Experience with event driven architecture - Advantage
Experience with Apache Flink - Advantage
Experience in relational databases - Advantage.
