As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing investor relations, and driving financial performance to support the company's overall growth objectives. Your leadership will guide the finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting and strategic insights that influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
* Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
* Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
* Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.
* Evaluate and manage financial risks, including investment and operational risks.
* Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and benchmarks.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.
* Proven track record of financial leadership in a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
* Ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
