* Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to senior management on significant issues.
* Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing a wide variety of commercial contracts with Companys international customers, suppliers and partners.
* Interacting with all other Company departments in Israel and with our subsidiaries abroad.
* Setting up subsidiaries abroad and managing external law firms in different territories.
* Handling data protection / privacy related issues.
* Dealing with IP matters, patents and trademarks related issues.

Requirements:
* 4-6 years of experience in commercial international law; preferably working in a legal department of a technology company or in a hi-tech department of a law firm.
* English Native / Full professional proficiency must.
* Efficient team player, service oriented, can operate independently while multi-tasking.
* Dynamic and pro-active personality.
* Hard worker, well-organized.
