We seek a talented Full Stack Team Leader to lead a team of skilled developers focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions in a microservices architecture. As our team leader you’ll be hands-on with code while also shaping the technical vision, mentoring engineers, and working closely with product and design to deliver impactful features from concept to production
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
* Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers in a fast-paced R&D environment
* Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly web and mobile applications
* Oversee the architecture and implementation of microservices, cloud functions, and API integrations
* Partner with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and translate them into technical solutions
* Guide architectural decisions involving event sourcing and multi-tenancy frameworks

Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Full Stack / Backend / Frontend roles.
* 2+ years in a leadership position, managing developers or tech initiatives.
* Proven experience with Node.js and Angular (or React/Vue with willingness to switch).
* Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript asynchronous programming , and web security principles
* Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures , with knowledge of API gateways RESTful services , and message queues (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka).
* Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS systems , data isolation, and permission management.
* Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP AWS , or Azure , including serverless and container-based services.
* Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines GitHub Actions , and testing frameworks for automated quality assurance.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor engineers of
