What am I going to do?
Ideate, initiate, and implement growth initiatives and marketing experiments to increase revenue, conversion rates, and activation.
Manage and create impactful in-product experiences, including modals, banners, walkthroughs, and other interactive components, to drive user engagement and adoption.
Manage key growth marketing tools such as Appcues, Optimizely, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Analytics platforms, ensuring they are optimized for speed, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and Data teams to enable efficient, high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct thorough testing of in-product experiences across multiple devices and platforms, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Reduce dependency on developers by independently executing front-end marketing tests and experiments.
Analyze experiment performance, draw actionable insights, and iterate quickly to continuously enhance results.
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a track record of implementing successful growth experiments and campaigns.
Strong proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Appcues, VWO, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Experience executing in-product marketing initiatives such as modals, banners, and guided user experiences.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Development, and Analytics.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, capable of transforming insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues independently.
Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and marketing methodologies.
BS or MS degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field is an advantage.
