Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Team Lead with a strong Python background and leadership experience. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications in Python.
Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards.
Drive agile development processes and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
Requirements:

5+ years of development experience, primarily in Python.
3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), GraphQL, gRPC.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English and Hebrew for customer-facing interactions.
