As Product Director, you will be the strategic leader of the product function, overseeing the full lifecycle of our gamesfrom concept to live operations. You will work cross-functionally with design, development, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure our games meet high player expectations and deliver strong business outcomes.
This role requires a sharp understanding of both gameplay mechanics and monetization models, especially within the social casino, or real money gaming (RMG) segments.
What You'll Do:
Define and drive the studios product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead a team of product managers across multiple game projects (both in development and live).
Serve as a key member of the studio leadership team, contributing to long-term planning and organizational success.
Partner with creative, design, and technical leads to shape compelling, scalable game experiences.
Analyze market trends, player feedback, and data to inform strategic decisions.
Set and monitor KPIs to track game performance and player engagement.
Collaborate with sales, projects, tech, customers, and creative teams to optimize product positioning and revenue potential.
Own business case development and ongoing forecasting for product investments.
Align game math and economic structures to player behaviors and monetization opportunities.

What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in product management in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful casino, or social games.
Strong understanding of game math and game economy balancing.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep knowledge of gaming market trends and player motivations.
Ability to balance creative ambition with data-driven business planning.
Nice to have:
Background in game design or UX.
Experience with GGR, retention modeling, and monetization analysis.
Hands-on experience working with RNG-certified games or regulated jurisdictions.
