The Solution Engineer Team Leader will spearhead the technical direction for our solutions engineering team, ensuring that our innovative security products meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide team members in delivering exceptional solutions and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, an understanding of client needs, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, providing guidance and support in technical best practices.
Oversee the design and implementation of client-focused security solutions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to shape product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor in security solutions.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical knowledge and customer engagement skills.
Track and analyze project performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and solution effectiveness.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
